  • Developed Web-based applications for the management of clinical and regulatory data in the "Electronic Trial Master File" repository. This system consisted of an OpenText Livelink front-end and an Oracle back-end. Application interaction with this system was accomplished using Java Servlets under BEA Weblogic. Languages used in the development of these applications included Java, JSP, HTML & CSS, Javascript, and XML. Metrics reporting and database interaction were accomplished using PL/SQL. Secondary technologies included Documentum, Verity TELEform, Jakarta Tomcat, and Perl.
  • Developed procedures for the migration of clinical data from legacy Informix databases to Oracle. Primary technologies used included Perl, SQL, Unix Tools (vi, grep, sed, awk, shell script), and XML.
